This website is operated by Labelisse ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the store. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Our store

Labelisse is an online womenswear boutique serving customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices, products and promotions at any time; changes never affect orders that have already been placed.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order; the contract of sale is concluded when your order is dispatched. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a product was listed with an obvious error in price or description, or where the order cannot be delivered to the address provided. If we cancel an order that you have already paid, you receive a full refund.

4. Product information

We work hard to display our products accurately, including colours, measurements and materials. Screens vary, and minor colour differences between the photos and the delivered product can occur. Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements for that specific style — please check it before ordering.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 8–12 business days after dispatch, to both the United States and the United Kingdom. 6. Returns and refunds

You may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. UK customers additionally have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Full details and the return process are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it when it changes. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to transmit malicious code.

All content on this website — text, imagery, graphics and the Labelisse name and wordmark — is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including, for UK consumers, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
