Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. The exact selection is always visible on the payment step before you confirm your order.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency (for example GBP), your bank converts the amount automatically at its current exchange rate.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If we cancel an order for any reason before dispatch, you receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Payment security

Payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Once issued, they typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Details are in our Refund Policy.
