Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United States and the United Kingdom. All prices in the store are shown in US dollars (USD).
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order — there are no minimums, no surcharges and no hidden handling fees at checkout.
Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods (holidays, launches) processing can take slightly longer — we will let you know if that affects your order.
Where your order ships from
We work with a small selection of international logistics partners, and your order ships directly from their warehouses. This is how we keep prices fair without extra handling markups. Your order still arrives within the processing and delivery windows above.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel the whole way. Tracking events can take 2–3 days to appear after dispatch while the parcel is handed between carriers — this is normal. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Split deliveries
If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will receive tracking for each parcel. You are never charged extra for split deliveries.
Address changes
Email info@labelisse.com as soon as possible if you need to correct your delivery address. We can usually update it before dispatch; once a parcel has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the delivery window above, email info@labelisse.com with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
