Refund policy

Returns at a glance

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return any item you are not happy with. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. There are no restocking fees.

How to start a return

1. Email info@labelisse.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We reply within 24–48 hours with your return authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your RMA. Please include the RMA number with your parcel.

Please do not send items back without a return authorization. Parcels sent to the wrong address without an RMA cannot be matched to your order and may be lost, which delays or prevents your refund.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer, except where an item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover the return or replace the item at no cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can only refund returns that reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement. We will email you as soon as the refund is issued.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item (for example for a different size) is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, email us — we are happy to help you choose.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@labelisse.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund — you will not bear any cost for our mistake.

Your statutory rights (United Kingdom)

If you are ordering from the UK: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund including standard delivery costs. To exercise this right, email us within the 14-day period. Our 30-day return policy above is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
